Overview

One tax, many filings. We keep all of them on track.

GST replaced a stack of indirect taxes in 2017 — the same year we opened our doors. It brought one tax, but also a steady rhythm of registrations, returns, reconciliations and notices that every business has to keep up with.

We take that rhythm off your desk. You share your sales and purchase data; we prepare, check and file your returns, match your input tax credit and tell you exactly what you owe, well before the due date.

Who has to register?

  • ₹20lakhServices, or bothYearly turnover limit if you supply any services.
  • ₹0limitSelling to other statesSelling goods across state lines needs GST from your very first sale.

Lower limits apply in some special category states, and a few businesses must register at any turnover. Online sellers should check their case with us.

GST Services questions

Answers before you even ask

The questions clients ask us most about gst services.

Still have a question?

Talk to an expert — your first consultation is free.

What is the turnover limit for GST registration?

If you only sell goods, you must register once your yearly turnover crosses ₹40 lakh. If you supply services, or goods and services together, the limit is ₹20 lakh. Some special category states have lower limits, and some businesses — such as those selling goods to other states — must register at any turnover.

How long does GST registration take?

We file your application as soon as your documents are complete. After that, approval depends on the GST department — it often comes within about a week, but can take longer if an officer raises a query or asks for a physical verification. We track it and reply on your behalf.

What is the difference between GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?

GSTR-1 reports the details of your sales, invoice by invoice. GSTR-3B is a summary return where you declare your total sales, claim input tax credit and pay the tax due. Monthly filers submit GSTR-1 by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the following month.

Can I file returns quarterly instead of monthly?

Yes, if your turnover is up to ₹5 crore you can opt for the QRMP scheme. You file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B once a quarter, but still pay tax monthly through PMT-06 by the 25th. We’ll help you decide which option suits your cash flow.

What happens if I file a return late?

You pay a late fee for every day of delay, plus 18% yearly interest on any tax paid late. If returns stay pending, e-way bills can be blocked and your registration can even be cancelled.

Do I have to file returns if I made no sales?

Yes. Once registered, you must file a nil return for every period, even with no business activity. Nil returns carry a lower late fee, but it still adds up — we can file them for you so none are missed.

I’ve received a GST notice. What should I do?

Don’t ignore it — every notice has a reply deadline. Share a copy with us on WhatsApp and we’ll explain what it means, gather what’s needed and prepare your reply in time.
